1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the phking website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with phking, a gaming operator licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account with phking. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phking reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The Service is intended for users located in the Republic of the Philippines. You must be physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and when placing bets or participating in games. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other methods to conceal your actual location is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phking immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phking will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Each user is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, including through family members, shared addresses, or shared devices, are prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

2.4 Identity Verification

phking is required by law to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, contact details, and valid government-issued identification. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

phking may request additional documentation, such as utility bills, bank statements, or selfies with identification, to complete the verification process. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the inability to withdraw funds.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

phking supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), InstaPay, PESONet, and cryptocurrency (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits are credited to your account instantly, subject to processing times of the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected or refunded. phking reserves the right to conduct additional verification on deposits that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your account history.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests must be made through the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers are completed within twenty-four (24) hours, subject to banking hours and holidays.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at phking's discretion, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.

3.3 Fees and Limits

phking does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond phking's control. Daily withdrawal limits are Ten Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱10,000) for unverified accounts and Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000) for verified accounts. Higher limits may be available for VIP members.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phking is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions, including rapid deposits and withdrawals without gameplay, will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

phking offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements range from ten times (10x) to fifty times (50x) the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games 5-10%.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

phking reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players, betting on opposite outcomes to meet wagering requirements, or using automated systems or bots.

4.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. Opting out will forfeit any active bonuses and associated winnings, but will allow immediate withdrawal of remaining real money balance.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All games offered by phking are operated by certified third-party providers and use Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested for fairness by independent laboratories. You agree to play fairly and not use any techniques, strategies, or systems designed to exploit game vulnerabilities or manipulate outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff
• Using offensive or inappropriate language in chat features
• Conducting any form of commercial activity or advertising on the platform

5.3 Game Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or error, all affected bets and payouts will be void. phking will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly, but the decision of phking management is final. You agree to accept phking's resolution of any game-related disputes.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Player Protection

phking is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. 6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or participate in any games. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phking website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of phking or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

The phking name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of phking. Use of these trademarks without authorization is prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phking implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure servers, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, phking, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phking's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Internal Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Service, you must first contact phking customer support in writing, clearly stating the nature of your complaint and the desired resolution. phking will investigate and respond to your complaint within fourteen (14) business days.

10.2 PAGCOR Complaint Process

If you are not satisfied with phking's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR. PAGCOR provides an independent dispute resolution process for complaints against licensed operators. Contact information for PAGCOR's complaint department is available on their official website.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11. Modifications to Terms

phking reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by phking

phking reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of bonuses, or at the request of regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, phking may forfeit any remaining balance if the termination is due to fraudulent activity or Terms violations. Otherwise, legitimate balances will be returned after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Waiver

The failure of phking to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by phking.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phking regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
